By accessing and using the Besties Closet mobile application and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Besties Closet. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you post, upload, or share through Besties Closet. You agree not to:

• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Promotional Campaigns

5.1 Campaign Participation

From time to time, Besties Closet may offer promotional campaigns, contests, or rewards. Participation in these campaigns is subject to the following terms:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be a legal resident of the United States
• Must have a valid email address
• Must complete all campaign requirements within the specified timeframe

5.3 Reward Redemption

Rewards will be delivered via email to your registered email address within 7 business days of campaign completion. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

5.4 Limitations

• One reward per user per campaign
• Rewards expire 30 days after campaign end date
• Void where prohibited by law
• Besties Closet reserves the right to modify or cancel campaigns at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Besties Closet and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Besties Closet, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
